Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost
  • A refund, where appropriate

Custom Printed Products

All posters are printed on demand specifically for each order.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate and determine an appropriate solution.
